I just fried mince in chili and Jack Daniels, baby mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Topped with Camenbert and smoky cheese I am going to wrap it like a Calzone and let it bake in the oven.

so Bacon wrapped Turkey with smoked sausages, roasted vegetables and 3 different kind of cheese…

not as many birds in the pig but not too shabby for a Friday night’s dinner

Turkey marinated in well seasoned double cream wrapped in Leicester cheese, wrapped in bacon. Sprinkled with onion, in the oven.

meatloaf stuffed with Camenbert with potatoes and salad.
I’ve said it before and i say it again, i’m a kitchen genius.
1 kg mince turned into something so tasty i can’t describe it in words.
Thanks to my colleague in Sweden who gave me the idea to make meatloaf i just had the best dish of this month.

gonna make myself a home made chai latte now and just relax

you can use dip-mixes from Sweden for quit alot of things

For example make food porn, bacon in a lovely dill, cream sauce, topped with mozzarella.
I am not kidding, this is heaven.
AND if I had to choose between salmon and bacon, it would be BACON

i made a camembert stuffed Meatloaf topped and garnished with mozzarella.
the “dough” is made of mince, cream, onion and herbs… baked in the oven for about 20 minutes, and added some mozzarella on the top for the last minutes and the rest of it on the side ready to serve.
It was absolutely lovely, me and Curry ate like barbarians and we are now suffer from meat coma.
This was definitely restaurant ready!
